During the evening there will be dinner, bingo, live music and DJs until 3:00 in the morning. Saturday 24 January 2026 starts with the traditional “fire to the boilers” at 7:30 am, followed by musical performances, lunch with risotto and luganiga, bingo and a special dinner by reservation. Carnival of Castagnola
